Cancellation of UK Sonar Class Nationals - August 2022

Dear all,

It is with regret that that the 2022 Sonar Nationals planned for the the 26-28 August at Sussex Yacht Club is to be cancelled.

The organising committee feel that due to low entry numbers at this point in time it is not practical to continue with the event given the level of commitment required by the volunteers and professional to run the event and their associated costs.

All entries paid to date will be fully reimbursed.

Interested parties will be consulted in the near future with regard to interest in running a UK Sonar National Championships in 2023 and beyond. Suitable venue, date and other arrangements.

We continue to welcome all support to grow the class and any contribution to the small team running the class association.
